This Saturday, we spiral inward through softness and surrender, inviting the blissful remembrance that our true essence is Spirit.
Through deep listening, gentle movement, and conscious breath, we begin to relax the grip of the thinking mind and soften the layers of the contracted self. As we release into presence, the body becomes a vessel of wisdom—sensitive, receptive, and alive.
This is a dance of return: to presence, to joy, to the quiet beauty of simply being. A space to:

What is DANCEmandala?
DANCEmandala is a unique form of freeform movement meditation that nurtures your whole being. With music, breath, and rhythm as our guides, we create a space to let go of stress, release tension, and move into clarity and joy.
This isn’t about learning steps—it’s about moving your body in a way that feels right for you. Whether you're new to dance or have been moving for years, all bodies and abilities are welcome in this non-judgmental, heart-centred space.

About Your Facilitator – Katy Bullen
Katy is a holistic health and wellness coach with over 12 years of experience in embodied movement and dance. She brings warmth, wisdom, and authenticity to every session, offering nurturing spaces for transformation and connection. Katy’s personal journey through health challenges and healing informs her deep belief in the power of movement, mindfulness, and community.
