In this 60 minute session, you'll be gently guided through:
Nervous system-regulating breathwork
Mindfulness-based meditation
A deeply immersive sound bath using crystal bowls
Optional gentle somatic release to help you unwind

Meet Your Facilitator:
Aditi is a Mindfulness Practitioner passionate about sharing the magic of stillness, frequency and connection to self. She loves the science behind sound healing and breathwork, having used these healing modalities on her own journey from burnout to deep connection to self. She is passionate about helping others with stress management, nervous system regulation and mental health. She has been running mindfulness events, workshops and classes across Australia for over a year.

All living matter is energy vibrating at different rates and frequencies. By altering the vibration, we can change the structure of living matter.
