SOFTENING INTO REST
YIN YOGA. YOGA NIDRA. LIVE SOUND

Through gentle Yin Yoga, soothing sound frequencies and the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, the deep yogic state of sleep, you'll be guided beyond the surface layers of the body and mind into a deep state of rest.
A space to soften.
To let go.
To be held by sound and stillness.
Yoga Nidra invites the body to move away from the demands of a stress-driven state and towards the body's natural capacity for rest and recalibration.
Come as you are. Move slowly. Lie down. Breathe. Receive.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slower, meditative style of yoga that involves holding seated or lying poses for longer periods to stretch ones deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments and joints. It promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and mental calm through sustained, gentle stress on the body and presence.
Courtney will offer variations for each pose for all levels from beginner to experienced yogi's.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is commonly known as yogic sleep and is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. It's an invitation to meditate and rest comfortably in savasana (corpse pose). This form of meditation takes you into a deep state of rest (five layers of self), with the intention of leaving you with a sense of wholeness.
