Welcome to Solace and Ceremony September offering: Soul Medicine

THE INVITATION

As spring awakens and blossoms return, we are beginning to witness, once again, the seeds of winter's regeneration discover the light. We too, begin to turn outwards in search of the light, having spent time in darkness, and the colder conditions of our depths. Each one of us has a unique soul and ability to generate soul medicine, as we cross the many thresholds and terrains on our journey. In this offering, I will be guiding you through the principles of Soul Collage, a transpersonal creative process birthed by our beloved Seena Frost, who has now left this earth, continuing to travel in our heartspace. Seena's legacy gifts a life-long tool to connect with our soul essence and uncover souls' purpose. After a decade of devotion to this practice, it is a great honour to be sharing the principles of Soul Collage with you. Once you have made your soul card byway of an intuitive collage, you will be guided to connect with the energy of your unique soul card through a shamanic journey, a balm for merging self & soul.

THE APPROACH

Container:

As the changing weather still brings a chill, please tune into what feels comfort to wear, you may like to wear warm socks and bring your favourite blanket, we Journey in cosy cocoons. The healing space is adorned with natural elements, soft lights, candles, crystals, feathers, and plants to enhance the sacred atmosphere. As your guide, I will create a container calling in the four directions and imbuing the sacred space with undiluted love.

Intention:

Bring your heart, hopes and dreams to create, play and muse, reset and rejuvenate.

Journeying:

I will take you through a guided visualisation using my voice, my drum, meditation bowls, and chimes to create rhythm that supports the shift of brainwaves from the waking state (beta) to a more relaxed state (theta), which is conducive to deep relaxation. As your guide, I will support you to soften in a safe, tranquil sacred space. The journey may lead you to meet your spirit guides, ancestors and animal ally. These guides offer wisdom, comfort, and healing energy, welcome them in, it is safe to do so.

Travelling:

You will be invited to see, sense, feel the energy activated by the creation of your soul card, your soul essence will work with the energies to cultivate your unique soul medicine.

Coming back:

I will gently guide you back to the present moment with sound and grounding techniques such as feeling the connection to the earth and becoming aware of their physical surroundings, no rush you will be encouraged to take your time. There is no touch, and all is an invitation.

Creative response:

Soul Collage is a profound process; the creation of a soul card is intuitive. I will share the principles of card making and support you uncover your soul medicine. Soul cards act as a talisman imbuing many messages, soothing qualities, insights and AHA moments.

Connecting:

You will be invited to share experiences, either verbally or through journaling, you are so welcome to pass should you not wish to share. To be seen, held and heard in a safe container helps to integrate the live medicine, the choice is yours.

Closing:

We will bring the offering to a close by sitting in ceremony and expressing gratitude to the spirit guides, Mother Gaia and any other energies, ancestors and deities that may have connected, in sacred service.

At any point journey the offering, you are welcome to take Solace and tend to your unique soul needs as they ebb, and flow through the practice.

What to bring

Bring a journal & water bottle.

You will be moving, lying down and creating.

Comfortable clothing, your favourite blanket, warm socks will enhance your experience.

Warming nourishment will be available throughout the offering.

Come with an open heart.
