The invitation 

Welcome to this month's Solace & Ceremony's immersion where we will be honouring the changing seasons, you are invited to turn inwards and prepare for a time of releasing, resting and regenerating. 
Alona Rosenberg an intuitive Dance & Movement Therapist joins Laura, Awen Holistics contemporary Shamanic Healer, Conduit & Arts Psychotherapist to host a ceremony of deep connection and tending within. This gentle offering caters for unique, self-paced participation with an emphasis on Mind- Body Health and Wellbeing.

The Container
We attentively create and cultivate safe containers, where every individual feels seen, held, and heard. This workshop is person-centre, all participants are encouraged to honour their unique journey and self-pace their progress. We are intuitive beings, and we welcome safe expression. Our facilitation is fluid, and we are committed to adapting and adjusting to the evolving needs of each participant. At any point throughout the workshop, participants are invited to seek solace, knowing that they are supported.

The Approach
Holistic Therapies modalities such as creative arts, transpersonal and trauma-informed methodologies, contemporary shamanic practices, energy and movement therapy, are woven across the program, inviting participants to see, sense, feel and open to profound insights and innate wisdom' to reset, restore, harmonise and bring the self into balance.
You will be guided and supported to explore, experience, express through the medium of collage, mindfulness and movement practices.

Creative expression -you will be guided to create, journal, make a mark to illuminate openings to harmonise with your soul. 
Mindfulness - you will be invited to experience the felt sense of mindful tools and techniques such as meditation, movement, creative expression to cultivate present-moment awareness and reduce stress.
Movement -you will be guided in a practice that encourages attunement to the body's wisdom, and flow states through the methods of dance- movement therapy, releasing tension.

What to bring

Bring a journal, water bottle.

You will be moving, lying down and creating so please wear comfortable clothing, and warm socks.

Refreshments will be available throughout the workshop.
