SIA Training: Advanced Level
Acting Together: Embedding Anti-Racism in Organisational Practice (3 hours)
Awareness is important. But change happens when systems shift.
Fully subsidised places are available for staff from community organisations, including frontline and managerial roles. Community representatives, leaders, and advocates are also warmly welcome. No cost will be incurred, please book via the link below.
For non-community organisations such as corporate companies or government agencies, please email training@mcwh.com.au and we will provide a custom quote.
We examine how systemic racism shows up in recruitment, policies, decision-making and workplace culture, and work together to design realistic, sustainable action.
You will:
Analyse how systemic racism operates within organisational structures
Apply an intersectional feminist lens to assess diversity, equity and inclusion
Design culturally safe reporting and response pathways
Create measurable anti-racism actions embedded in policy and culture
Strengthen your confidence to respond to and prevent racism in the workplace
You will leave with clearer direction, practical tools and a stronger framework for accountability.
