As light sparkles in the dark at the time of this Winter Solstice, you're invited to join us to replenish, reset and renew in this candle-lit, heartwarming crystal sound bath at the gorgeous Life Centre.

The Winter Solstice, Matariki New Year and the New Moon is a beautiful time to tune back into you, renew your intentions, celebrate your inner light, and feel replenished and renewed.

Join us for a heartwarming cup of ceremonial grade cacao to center us in, warm us up, and renew our intentions.

This will be followed by a 60 minute gentle sound bath where your mind and body can relax, unwind and bathe in the harmonising sound waves from quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids.

My approach to these is similar to how I treat. Instead of using just my hands, I use soundwaves to allow the body to gently reconnect, replenish and renew, with health, heart, light or whatever it is you would like to receive.

Optional integration time in the Crystal Garden or Pyramid Meditation Room afterwards.

6:45pm: Gather

7pm: Join us for a heartwarming cup of ceremonial grade cacao to center us in, warm us up, and set our intentions

7:15-7:30pm: Settle in for Meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls and Pyramids for approximately 60 minutes.
You are free to lay down, sit on a chair or be in whatever position feels comfortable for you.

8:30pm: Sound Bath concludes with a short meditation.

Free time to return home or stay for a replenishing cup of tea and integration time in the Crystal Garden or Sacred Meditation Room.

9pm: Event concludes.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Yoga Mat. If you don’t have one let me know as there are some you can borrow

* Cushion or pillow for your head, maybe an extra for under your knees if you like

* Blanket to keep you comfortable and cosy during your Sound Bath. The central heating will be on.

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration on your way home.

>>Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are with any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key.

* Wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm to put on, maybe socks for the cooler weather.

PARKING: Street parking only. Best spots are on Jervois Road or Shelly Beach Road.

If mobility is an issue please let me know and I can arrange a parking space on site for you.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore itself as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids creates an immersive sound that fills the room.

The felt vibrations of these “singing” instruments can settle, harmonise, heal and restore your mind and body, without you needing to actively “do” anything but take time for yourself to relax and reset.

Similar in state to deep meditation, REM sleep or a craniosacral treatment, sound healing and bathing can reduce physical tension, pain and stress, increase emotional wellbeing and resilience, improve sleep, creativity and clear thinking, and bring in new ideas and aligned energy.

With a background in craniosacral osteopathy, mind-body medicine, science of the heart and energy flows, I love co-creating harmonising, beautiful experiences that allow the mind and body to relax and unwind, reconnecting with heart in optimal states of restoration and renewal.
