Soma Flow

An 8-Week beginner friendly Series

A mellow, embodied practice exploring presence, connection and inner guidance.

Each class combines somatic exploration, slow and lingering yoga, intuitive movement and an immersive soundscape.
We’ll use different access points into embodied awareness, exploring the body through bones, breath, fluids, fascia, muscles, the spine and heart.

A practice of curiosity over performance, slowing down, listening inward and developing a deeper connection with your body.

The 8-Week Journey

Week 1 - Bones + Earth
Support & grounding
Exploring weight, support and our relationship with the earth through the bones.

Week 2 - Breath + Lungs
Space & expansion

Using the breath and movement of the lungs to explore space, rhythm and ease.

Week 3 - Fluids
Flow & adaptability
Tuning into the body's fluid nature and exploring movement that feels continuous, responsive and less fixed.

Week 4 - Fascia
Continuity & connection
Exploring the interconnectedness of the body and how movement can travel through and between different areas.

Week 5 - Muscles
Tone, effort & ease
Bringing awareness to muscular effort and exploring the difference between doing, softening and finding just enough effort.

Week 6 - Spine + Spirals
Fluidity, mobility & connection
Exploring undulation, rotation and spiralling pathways through slow, fluid movement.

Week 7 - Heart
Rhythm & connection
A softer exploration of rhythm, circulation, connection and listening to what is happening within.

Week 8 - Whole Body + Inner Guidance
Integration & intuition
Bringing the series together through an intuitive, whole-body practice and creating space to trust your own inner cues.
