Somatic Breathwork & Intuitive Live Sound Immersion

Somatic breathwork and intuitive live sound come together to create a deeply immersive experience that can guide you into expanded states of awareness where emotional release, insight and healing can unfold.

This trauma-informed and somatic approach invites you to move at your own pace within a safe, grounded and nurturing environment where you are fully supported and gently held throughout the journey. Kerry & Tiff hold a deeply compassionate and transformational space where you are invited to reconnect with your own innate capacity for healing through the power of your breath, at a pace that feels right for you. The therapeutic vibrations and frequencies of sound create a sense of safety, spaciousness and calm, allowing the body and mind to soften more deeply into the experience.

Together, we will support you to shift subconscious layers of stress, tension and limitation into empowerment, flow and possibility.

The modalities we use are powerful, direct and transformative. Grounded in both modern science and ancient healing practices, these trauma-informed approaches can create profound and deeply personal experiences that support lasting change, emotional release and nervous system regulation.

You’ll be safely supported to explore the depths of your inner world while experiencing the power of group healing within a compassionate community setting - a sacred circle of people coming together with openness, kindness and shared intention.

Kerry and Tiff are trauma-informed and person-centred practitioners who will support you throughout the entire journey, creating a space where you feel safe to soften, surrender and gently integrate before returning home.

Everyone is welcome, exactly as they are.

In solidarity, Kerry & Tiff.
