Somatic BreathwoRx is a multidimensional experience that combines somatic movement with conscious connected breathwork.

We begin with setting the intention with some light journal work and affirmation work. Then, we tune into the body, incorporate movement to start allowing the nervous system to release, and then we breathe! This combination of therapies makes for the ultimate embodiment practice that will help to release all the stuff that get stuck in our nervous system.
