A Somatic Exploration Into Nervous System Healing

This four-week group therapy experience is a gentle but powerful immersion into embodiment, interoception, and nervous system healing.

Rooted in Hakomi principles and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), this course offers a mindful, somatic approach to understanding attachment wounds, protective patterns, and the parts of you that learned to survive.

Over four Sundays, you will:

Strengthen interoception (your ability to sense and interpret internal bodily signals)
Explore attachment wounds through a nervous system lens
Meet protective parts with curiosity rather than judgment
Build capacity for regulation and emotional resilience
Experience safe, supported relational healing in community
Develop tools you can integrate into daily life

This group is ideal for those who:

Feel stuck in recurring relational patterns
Want to deepen embodiment practices
Are curious about parts work (IFS) in a somatic context
Want to heal in a way that includes the body — not just the story

The container is experiential, trauma-aware, and paced with care. You will never be pushed beyond your window of tolerance. Choice, consent, and agency are foundational.

If you’re ready to gently unwind survival patterns and cultivate a more regulated, connected, embodied way of being, this space is for you.
