Somatic Yoga Program – 5-Week Journey

In this 5-week program, you’ll engage in body-based practices designed to enhance body awareness, build self-regulation capacity, and cultivate flexibility and agency. Through a mindful blend of postures, breathwork, and movement, you’ll explore tools to:

  •  Enhance self-awareness and build nervous system regulation skills
  • Develop a deeper connection with your body through mindful observation
  • Strengthen interoception—the ability to tune into internal sensation

Each week invites you to reconnect with yourself through trauma-informed, compassionate guidance:

Week 1: Noticing Thought Patterns with Curiosity
Begin your journey by gently observing your inner dialogue. Explore how thoughts arise and shift, creating space for self-inquiry without judgment.

Week 2: Accepting Emotions with Kindness
Learn to meet your emotions as they are—with tenderness and acceptance. Through somatic movement and breath, we soften resistance and build emotional safety.

Week 3: Practicing Awareness with Compassion
Deepen your self-awareness through embodied presence. We explore mindful practices that nurture self-compassion and foster a sense of inner stability.

Week 4: Cultivating Presence Through the Body
Anchor into your body as a source of wisdom. Use grounding techniques to support regulation and strengthen your ability to stay present during challenging moments.

Week 5: Connecting Within Through Interoception
Tune into the subtle sensations of your inner world. By listening to the body from the inside out, we enhance self-understanding and build trust in our internal experience.
