    Event description

It's a fine line between Pleasure and Pain

    How do you express Self-Love?

Do you allow yourself to experience the Pleasure of self-affirming talk or do you wallow in the Pain of your inner critic?

At our Sorrento April Retreat, you will be invited to embark on an inward journey, confronting the dichotomy of pleasure and pain inherent in the practice of self-love. The journey towards self-love is not merely a destination but a path woven with threads of pleasure and pain, joy and sorrow.

Amidst the beauty of self-discovery, there often lies the shadow of the inner critic, its voice a relentless echo of self-condemnation. Or perhaps your inner dialog leads you to gloss over your shadows with a shiny veneer so no-one will see the darkness of what lurks within.

You will be encouraged to confront and sit in the discomfort of your own self-judgment.

In the safety of our Circle you will be able to expose the roots of your inner turmoil and with gentle curiosity and compassion, unravel the tangled threads of negative self-talk.

As the weekend unfolds the practices will assist you to navigate the delicate dance between pleasure and pain, learning to embrace both as integral parts of the human experience.

The Pleasure and Pain Retreat will assist you to:

    • Silence your inner critic and cultivate a more compassionate inner dialogue.
    • Enhance self-awareness and gain insight into your thought patterns and beliefs.
    • Allow your authentic self to shine while boosting self-confidence and self-esteem.
    • Learn practical tools and techniques for maintaining a kind and authentic mindset beyond the retreat.
    • Experience a profound sense of renewal and empowerment as you embrace your inner champion.

This retreat is open to Men, Women and Couples

We look forward to sharing this experience with you.

    With Love

    Danny & Karen
