Join us for an evening of Soul Alignment as we embrace the cosmic energies on Friday, 28th February. 

As seven planets come into alignment and the New Moon marks the transition of seasons, take a moment to pause, reflect, and realign. This is the perfect time to release what no longer serves you and set powerful intentions for the months ahead.

With the shift in seasons, naturally comes a shift in energy. This workshop/practice is an opportunity to check in with yourself, acknowledge how far you’ve come, and create space for growth and aligned action.

Through gentle movement, mindfulness, and energy work, you’ll feel grounded, connected, and ready to embrace the coming months with clarity and purpose.

Guided by universal energy and the principles of yoga, we’ll move through:

✨ Meditation – Allow your body to rest as your energy settles into stillness, creating space in the mind as you learn to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

✨ Movement – A gentle yoga sequence to balance and open your energy centers, creating space in the body and supporting the natural flow of energy.

✨ Reflection – You may wish to bring a journal, or there will be pen and paper available as you reflect on what you want to invite into your life and acknowledge what may be standing in your way, ready to release.

✨ Cacao Ceremony – A heart-opening ritual to seal your intentions, deepen self-connection, and align your actions moving forward.
