You feel a need to move and dance. You hear the music in your heart and soul. You don't know the steps and it doesn't matter. You're excited and scared. You bring those feelings into the dance. You discover your body already knows how to move to the music. Come. Listen to the body's wisdom. I'll support you.
Tuesday nights during school terms, 7pm to approx 8:30pm, Warrenheip Memorial Hall, Ballarat VIC.
Tea and good vibes company after the dance (until latest 9pm).
Bookings essential so that you can be contacted in case there has to be a cancellation by organiser.
* This dance class follows many of the principles of Open Floor International, which is mindful movement, or a conscious dance form. I am a Open Floor teacher in training, with many years of experience in other creative and healing modalities.
