ELECTRIC! is a weekly dance and embodiment class in Noosa that focuses on primal liberation and joy in the body. For women to show up how they want to in their body and to express fully with no shame, fear. or judgement. A safe space to purely show up and be present and free in the body! To let it breathe and hang!
Children are Welcome, if they can put into a carrier :)
