Soul-Full Women's Circle

The Soul-Full Women's Circle is a way for women to gather and take some much needed time out for themselves. As well as creating an opportunity to get to know some other lovely soul-full women who are on a similar journey in life.
We share soothing movement, calming breaths, stories, thoughts and feelings and have the chance to feel seen, heard, accepted and understood just as we are. No judgement or advice, just a safe space to explore your thoughts. Please join us for this special time connecting and relaxing with other women.
Come on your own or with a friend. It is always a friendly and welcoming space. Bring a cushion, yoga mat/blanket, water bottle, your smile and and open heart. I look forward to seeing you there!
*** The Soul-Full Women's Circles will also be fundraisers for THE LIVE LIKE HER CHALLENGE which is supporting THE FORGOTTEN WOMEN PROJECT that helps women over 50 who are homeless and sleeping in cars, in the bushes, or couch-surfing. I will be donating half of all funds raised to the challenge because it is an issue we all need to pay attention to, the plight of other women... over 700 women in Brisbane (who knows how many on Gold Coast) and many thousands in QLD.
So you will be helping other women as well as yourself when you come to the Soul-Full Women's Circle.
