Join us for Soul Dance, a dance experience that will inspire you to shed your inhibitions, unleash your true essence, and express your SOUL!
Feel the freedom of letting go on the dance floor. Explore new shapes and moves as you connect with your body and uncover deeper layers of yourself. Leave feeling connected, inspired, uplifted, and transformed.
As a DJ, musician, and therapist, Taline brings a wealth of experience in music sharing across diverse stages, platforms, and therapeutic settings. Drawing on her expertise in conscious embodied dance, and Somatic and Dance Movement Therapy, she crafts a unique experience centred on awakening your creativity, and connecting you with your body.
Along with curating a captivating soundtrack that guides you through the energy centres in your body, known as chakras, Taline will offer guidance and create a nurturing space for you to fully engage in the experience. Prepare to journey through a rich soundscape of global music, spanning electronic, acoustic, world, cinematic, and meditative genres, interwoven with sprinkle of well-known surprises.
All bodies, ages and abilities are embraced - no dance skills required. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Please commit to silence on the dance floor to enhance the immersive experience. Dress comfortably, and for the best experience, dance barefoot. Come ready to dance and let loose!
Our dance space is located in 2 different amazing studios, both with Tarkett floors, perfect for dancing.

Both venues are located very close to public transport and are wheelchair accessible.
