Kathy (350 hr YTT) is a nature loving creative writer whose love for yoga and its transformative benefits came from a solid practise of vinyasa yoga over the past 15+ years. Kathy has combined her love of nature and poetry with her passion for yoga to craft the inessence nature yoga program.

Kathy continues her studies in pranayama breath practise, nervous system recovery and ecotherapy.

Kathy is now navigating life (post an all consuming corporate career) as a human being (rather than a human doing) and is devoted to inspiring soulful living in harmony with nature.
