Our approach is based on love & healing energy that allows us to share this magical journey with you in a safe & supportive environment.
Everyone's experience is different. People say they feel recharged and rejuvenated. Some receive clarity & direction. Some feel lighter and free.
After the sound bath, you have the opportunity to share your experience and connect with others in the group with a nice warm cup of cacao made with love and to help reground you after your sound bath

**Sound baths are contraindicated in people with epilepsy, pacemakers and severe psychological disorders. They are also not recommended during pregnancy (depending on the trimester). Any hearing aids should be removed.
