We always suggest coming to our Sound Bath Immersions with an open heart and mind and no expectations, and you enjoy the experience more.

Our approach is based on love & healing energy that allows us to share this magical journey with you in a safe & supportive environment.

Everyone's experience is different. People say they feel recharged and rejuvenated. Some receive clarity & direction. Some feel lighter and free.

After the sound bath, you have the opportunity to share your experience and connect with others in the group with a nice warm cup of cacao made with love and to help reground you after your sound bath

**Sound baths are contraindicated in people with epilepsy, pacemakers and severe psychological disorders. They are also not recommended during pregnancy (depending on the trimester). Any hearing aids should be removed.

Sound baths aren’t a replacement for proven treatments, but they can be considered a low-risk complement to any other methods you’ve been exploring with your doctor.
