Sound Bath, Nature Walk & Picnic (DEC) - Feel in Flow
Event description
Come together to experience the power of sound, nature and community in a lush location in VIC.
We'll start off with a community powered picnic (aka bring a dish) then settle into your matt for 35mins of healing sound and vibrations using varying instruments and guided meditation. Following the sound bath we'll ground ourselves and head for a walk allowing us to bathe in the beauty of our natural surroundings and connect with one another through conversation.
I intend for the location to be no more than a 30-40min drive from the inner Melbourne suburbs -in the Blue Lake Plenty Gorge area. Exact Location pin will be released closer to the event and date may be subject to change based on weather.
This offering is open to all genders. I also encourage carpooling where possible to reduce emissions. Also if the weather is hot, bring bathers and you mihgt enjoy a swim in the lake post-event.
