What to expect:
This may be done seated or lying down. Please bring blankets, pillows and yoga mats to be comfy. Some participants opt to bring a zero-gravity chair. **Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the session to get settled before the session begins.

Immerse yourself in a transformative one-hour Sound Bath, designed to guide you on a journey of deep relaxation and inner peace in the beautiful Library Arts Center Gallery! The soothing melodies of the crystal harp, crystal singing bowls, and singing triangles will wash over you, allowing the tension and stress to melt away from your body and mind. The gentle vibrations will lull you into a state of profound relaxation, where you can let go of the day's worries and embrace a sense of tranquility.
This immersive experience includes a guided meditation, crafted to help you release mental and emotional blockages, fostering a renewed sense of clarity and focus.

Beth Pollari is a Holistic Practitioner and Teacher who is passionate about helping people get out of their heads and back in their lives. Trained as a Teacher of Presence, Quantum Coach, RTT Practitioner, Sound Healer and Qigong Healer. Bringing balance to body, mind and spirit is her mission to thrive and live our best lives. She lives in Croydon, NH with her two dogs Hank and Bodhi.
