Join experienced sound therapist and meditation facilitator Natalie Grace for an immersive evening of therapeutic sound at Mystic Wellness – a beautiful, purpose-built studio dedicated to sound healing and deep relaxation in the heart of Petersham.

Using therapeutic vocals, singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other carefully selected instruments, Natalie weaves together a rich tapestry of live sound designed to quiet a busy mind, ease physical tension and support your nervous system to settle into a state of deep rest.

Each session follows a carefully crafted musical journey while naturally evolving in response to the group, so no two experiences are ever quite the same. As the sounds gently unfold around you, you'll be invited to slow down, let go of the outside world and simply rest.

Whether you're feeling stressed, mentally busy, emotionally drained, or simply in need of some time to recharge, this is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with a sense of calm.

Your Facilitator

Natalie Grace is an experienced sound therapist, meditation teacher and energy healer who has facilitated hundreds of sound baths, meditation experiences, workshops and private sessions across Sydney.

With a background in music and many years of experience facilitating both groups and individuals, Natalie is known for creating sound experiences that are deeply relaxing, highly immersive and thoughtfully crafted. Blending therapeutic sound, mindfulness and musicality, her sessions offer a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect and simply rest.

What to bring

Yoga mats and cushions are provided.

You're welcome to bring a bottle of water, blanket, pillow, eye mask or anything else that will help you feel warm, comfortable and fully supported during the session.

If you would prefer to remain seated rather than lie down for the session, please get in touch before the event. We're happy to accommodate you and want you to feel as comfortable as possible.

Please note that the studio is located on the second floor and is accessed via stairs only. Unfortunately, there is no lift or ramp access.

If you require step-free access, our Crows Nest sound baths are held in a fully accessible venue, and we'd love to welcome you there.
