Sound Healing Journey @ Albany Yoga Room
Sound healing and meditation have the power to synchronize brain waves and to alter our state of consciousness, allowing us to achieve profound states of deep relaxation and healing.
Join me for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating evening of inner awareness and healing.
I'll start by guiding you through a grounding meditation to allow you to connect to your breath and body.
You'll then be immersed in a variety of instruments, allowing you the space and time to let go of anything that no longer serves you and to promote emotional, spiritual and physical healing.
These instruments include: Tibetan Bowls, 22" Shamanic Drum, Native
American Style Flute, Handpan, Didgeridoo, My Voice, Chimes, Rainstick and more.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Comfort is key - Please bring pillows, blankets or anything else you need to lie on
to make sure you are super comfortable, plus a blanket on top for
- You may also wish to bring an eye pillow/piece of clothing to cover your eyes as this can help to block any external light and minimise distractions.
- Plus some water to sip on at the end of the session.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in and ensure you are comfortable before we begin.
