Event description
Lay under the trees, feel the breeze and experience the vibrations of Sound Healing and the gentle touch of Reiki energy healing flowing through you this weekend.
Both Sound Healing and Reiki energy healing, in their own unique ways, support the restoration, feeling of relaxation and calm. Together, these healing modalities can support you in melting away stress, recharging your energy, and raising your vibrational state.
The flow of the evening will consist of a guided meditation to support you in arriving on your mat, alongside the deep, resonating sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong and other healing instruments, as well as hands-on (or off) Reiki healing energy channelled to you.
Experience the sound waves and sensations of your energy buzzing through you during this event.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat, bolster/pillow, blanket (if needed), eye mask/pillow or anything to make you feel comfortable
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
