The soothing sounds of Harmonium and vocal sounds will help you maintain a meditative state throughout the session while aligning with the current energetics to promote cleansing, healing, and balance.

These sessions are suitable for all ages and experience levels, and you can choose to sit or lie down comfortably.

All you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle, a blanket, a pillow, and an eye cover.
