🌿 Sound Journey | Mindspace Learning | Art in the Park 2025
Settle in and let the healing sounds guide you in this deeply relaxing experience. A Sound Journey combines gentle instrumental tones — such as gongs, chimes, singing bowls, and drums — to create a soothing soundscape that helps calm the mind, release tension, and promote wellbeing. All you need to do is get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the sound waves to wash over you.
📅 When: Saturday 20th September 2025
⏰ Time: 2:30 - 3:30pm
📍 Where: Seaview Park, Bucasia Esplanade
👥 Participants: 15+ years
💲 Cost: $5.00
👉 What to bring: Picnic rug, yoga mat, blanket, cushion, bolster (optional), eye cover — whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported during your journey. Rid. Camp chair is another option for those who would prefer to sit.
👕 Clothing suggestion: Please wear comfortable, light-coloured clothing to enhance your relaxation experience.
🚶 Starting on time: Please allow time to find parking, check in, and walk to the parklands behind the playground area so your session can begin promptly. Thank you for respecting the start time.
