Sounds to Soothe your Soul

Hi, I'm Justine from Shakti Soul Sounds. I will facilitate SOUNDS to SOOTHE your SOUL, through a beautiful sound journey that recharges, restores and heals. This beautiful experience is to be held once a month (on the 2nd Thursday) at the South Golden Beach Community Hall between 5.30 and 7.00. Bring a comfortable mat or mattress, a pillow, eye mask and blanket. Included will be ceremonial cacao, golden milk or herbal tea and grounding ayurvedic nibbles.

Sound healing allows emotional release, nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. It reduces stress and anxiety, stimulates the immune system, assists with lowering blood pressure, helps to calm over active adrenals, assists with chakra clearing and balancing and helps to increase mental and emotional clarity.

You'll be guided through a deeply restorative experience with the use of the voice and many instruments collected and studied here in Australia and around the world.

Justine is a multi-instrumentalist who comes to you with over 30 years of high school music teaching experience (B.Mus Dip.Ed) and several years sound healing experience as well as qualifications in sound healing (Diploma in 1 to 1 sound healing) and Tibetan bowls and Nad Yoga in Nepal.

My move from teaching to sound healing was inspired by a desire to live a gentler way of life and to bring healing to myself, my community, friends and family. This allows my lifelong relationship with music to work intuitively with the medicine provided by the vibrations and frequencies of sound.

I facilitate group sound baths in my town or yours (I will travel) and 1 to 1 personal sound healing experiences that are tailor made to your healing journey. (Contact me personally to organise a private session at my studio in South Golden Beach).
