Justine Squire from Shakti Soul Sounds presents SOUNDS to SOOTHE your SOUL, a beautiful sound journey that recharges, restores and heals.

Justine is a multi-instrumentalist, and is relatively new to the Northern Rivers however returns to Central West NSW and VIC to facilitate Sound Baths on a regular basis. She comes to you with over 30 years of High School Music Teaching experience and 3 years of sound healing training and practise. Her new beginnings are based around living a gentler way of life and bringing healing to her community, friends and family through sound medicine: vibration/frequency in groups and individually through 1 to 1 sound healing.

This sound journey will allow your soul to soothe through emotional release, nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. You'll be guided into this deeply restorative experience with the use of many instruments collected and studied here in Australia and around the world.

You will be immersed in the resonance of TIbetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, medicine drums, ancient vocal toning, South and North American flutes, ocarina, rain towers, rain stick, percussion, a beautiful monolina and more, all played with intention and intuition.

This beautiful experience is to be held once a month (on the 2nd Thursday) at the South Golden Beach Community Hall between 6.00 and 7.30.

Bring your own comfortable mat or mattress, a pillow, eye mask and blanket. There will be various suprises: sometimes ceremonial cacao, sometimes sleepy golden milk and ayurvedic grounding delights to nibble on.
