Thank you for your interest to attend the South Coast Shotokan Gasshuku. We are looking forward to seeing you in early February and we hope you will enjoy visiting and training with us on the stunning South Coast.

Please ensure that you bring your own bed linen, pillow, towel, swimmers, sports clothes & running shoes, at least 2 x karate-gi, belt (obe) and medication (if required). If you have your own nunchuku and/or wooden bokken (sword) and you intend to participate in one of these sessions, please feel free to bring it along but please be sensible with your (weapon) items and no fooling around outside of the training sessions, please be respectful, OK?

Participants will be allocated a room (male and female segregated) on arrival and the training schedule will be posted around the facility and made available electronically for all attendees. Note, although training sessions are free choice, due to any shortages of equipment, numbers may be limited in some of the training sessions. Please be prepared to select another session if necessary.
