A space to land and ground, and a practice of rest and nourishment during this 2-hour Yin Yoga with Reiki immersion.

With the busy-ness of today's world, this is a space to disconnect from the external noise. And a place to reconnect to a sense of presence, mindfulness and create space within your body to rest your bones, joints and muscles, and allow your energy to feel more nourished and replenished.

This will be a guided experience for you to pause, reflect and feel. And an invitation to welcome in gentleness, and slowness into your life.

During our two hours together, you'll get to experience:

Guided meditation
Gentle yin yoga poses, held for 5-7minutes each
Reiki (either with touch or without, you get to choose)
Drumming and sound medicine

There will be space for tea and optional group reflection towards the end of the event.

*Please bring your own yoga mat to practice on. Other props (blocks, bolsters, blankets) will be available for you on the day.
