Protecting the rare and endangered species that live on their 20-acre private nature sanctuary that has the highest conservation classification in the Mt Lofty Ranges, sits at the heart of their operation.

In this unique and inspiring session, Sean will share with you the importance of protecting Australia’s fragile ecosystem and what they do to protect and conserve the critically endangered candle bark forest they hold themselves custodians of.

Knowing that no one wants to leave a winery empty-handed, Sean will guide you through the delicate process of handmaking fine sparkling wine.
