Step into the warmth of the kitchen with Lee Amaya and learn about the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic cooking. In this hands-on dinner workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare a deeply nourishing, easy-to-digest evening meal designed to calm the nervous system, support digestion, and restore balance after a busy day.

Together, we’ll explore the art of using fresh herbs, spices, organic veg, grains and lentils as medicine, cooking in harmony for your body type or dosha, and creating meals that make you feel grounded and truly satisfied.

This is more than just cooking...it’s a sensory experience of connection, intention, and nourishment.

The meal you’re preparing will be plant based, gluten free, egg and dairy free, nut and seeds will be optional.
