SpondyStrong HIIT Class Recording
Event description
Signing up for this event gives you indefinite access to recordings of several different approximately 1 hour long spondy-friendly Zoom HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes, including a warm-up and some stretching at the end. Details:
- If you're not familiar with HIIT, it involves doing short sets of exercises like planks, squats, mountain climbers, glute bridges, ab exercises, etc. This class is low impact overall, and includes multiple options and modifications, for example doing planks with your knees up or on the floor, and non-jumping cardio exercises like jumping jacks where you step your feet out instead of jump.
- I'll also send out a fun Spotify playlist you can play while you take the class
- The class will incorporate optional hand weights (2-3 lbs), or you can use soup cans or other household items.
