West Country Women: Empowering the Region’s Finest

West Country Women is the premier platform dedicated to celebrating, supporting, and elevating women across the South West. We believe that when women thrive, the entire region prospers. Through our prestigious awards, transformative training programs, and high-impact networking events, we create a powerful ecosystem where ambition meets opportunity.

What We Do

The West Country Women Awards: We shine a spotlight on the unsung heroines and industry leaders of our region. From grassroots community champions to corporate innovators, our awards recognise excellence across all sectors, providing winners and finalists with the visibility they deserve.
Targeted Training & Development: We bridge the skills gap by offering bespoke workshops and mentorship opportunities. Whether you are looking to scale a business, transition careers, or master leadership skills, our training is designed by experts who understand the unique economic landscape of the West Country.
Dynamic Events & Networking: We host a variety of events, from intimate masterclasses to large-scale conferences, designed to foster genuine connections. We move beyond "business card swapping" to build a supportive sisterhood of professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives.

Our Mission

To dismantle barriers to success and celebrate the diverse achievements of women from Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that inspires the next generation of female leaders.
