To celebrate the entertaining season, this October, Amanda of The Cordony Kitchen is hosting a Spring Cooking Series Masterclass. Amanda will host guests for a day-long event on Sydney Harbour in a beautiful waterfront home showcasing her Spring menu and entertaining essentials.
The day begins with welcome canapés and champagne by the water. Guests will then move into the kitchen of this exquisite waterfront home, where Amanda will host an interactive cooking demonstration cooking signature recipes from the October food story in The Australian House and Garden magazine.
Once your culinary skills have been honed, guests will then be treated to an intimate, lavish shared lunch, cooked and created by Amanda and her team. You will enjoy the company of guests and Amanda who will host the lunch and talk through her expert tips, techniques and secrets for creating delicious and nutritious meals and experiences for cooking and entertaining.
Some would say the table styling is just as important as the meal. Guests will be treated to the art of styling from the artist himself, Steve Cordony who will be joining the event as a special guest. Guests will watch how Steve brings a table to life and hears his expert tips and essentials to create the ultimate tablescape for the entertaining season.
Each guest will be presented with an amazing gift bag to take home. Inside are curated ingredients, kitchen and cooking essentials that will enable you to recreate the one-tray recipes you learned during the class.
