The Pairing

The dinner will be accompanied by a curated drink pairing, featuring wines from Jauma alongside a non-alcoholic pairing option, showcasing local and seasonal produce.

Jauma is a small, independent winery based in the Adelaide Hills, known for expressive, minimal-intervention wines that let the fruit, place and season speak for themselves. Their wines are a natural fit for an evening centred around growing, seasonality and a close connection to the land.

The theme of seed continues beyond the dinner. Every guest will take home something tangible to carry the evening into your own garden and kitchen.
