Join us this Saturday, 23rd September on Spring Equinox for a healing and restorative journey, focusing on welcoming renewal.

As the coldness of the winter months have already begin to fade, it makes way for Spring to begin again, signifying not only world renewal, but also personal renewal. Spring Equinox is a time where the sun is exactly above the equator, ushering in a moment of sublime balance of equal day to equal night.

This experience will include:

🔅 Cacao Ceremony to support us in opening our hearts and setting our intentions.
🔅 Visualisation meditation - which will take us on a journey to remind us to embrace balance and expansive growth.
🔅 Sound healing

Stay back for moments of tea and connection to gradually wake up your senses post-journey.
