Spring Equinox - Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing

Join us this Saturday, 23rd September on Spring Equinox for a healing and restorative journey, focusing on welcoming renewal.

As the coldness of the winter months have already begin to fade, it makes way for Spring to begin again, signifying not only world renewal, but also personal renewal. Spring Equinox is a time where the sun is exactly above the equator, ushering in a moment of sublime balance of equal day to equal night.  

This experience will include:

🔅 Visualisation meditation - which will take us on a journey to remind us to embrace balance and expansive growth.

WHAT TO EXPECT

On arrival, please make your way through the arch doors and place your belongings in the space provided at the back of the studio room.

Please then find a spot - yoga mats and bolsters are provided and set up for you.  The room will heated for you, however, please bring a blanket (and a pillow if you need) for ultimate comfort

🔅 We will begin with light knowledge sharing about Ceremonial Cacao and the energies of Spring Equinox.

🔅 We will then serve our Ceremonial Cacao which has been infused with a touch of blue corn and chilli - a traditional recipe to deepen the experience and connection.

🔅 We will guide you through the Cacao Journey, which can be considered to be a form of intentional meditation.

🔅 This will then lead into a visualisation meditation and sound bath

🔅 Post journey, we welcome you to stay for some tea and connection

What should I bring?
Blankets - yoga mats and bolsters are provided
An open mind and heart
A journal (if you wish to write down your intentions or about your experience)

What should I wear?
Something comfortable you can relax in. The room will be heated

What time should I arrive?
3:00 PM or earlier so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 3:10 PM as doors will be locked before commencing. 

Who can attend?
All are welcome, no prior experience required

What if I have allergies?
The ceremonial cacao used is a traditional recipe which has subtle additional ingredients including blue corn and chilli to deepen the overall experience. There is a sacred relationship between blue corn and cacao which we will discuss more at the event. Please let us know if you have any allergies
