SPRING EQUINOX OSTARA CEREMONY & SOUND BATH

Come now, sisters, and step into the enchantment of Ostara, a celebration of renewal and rebirth. As the earth stirs from its winter slumber, we invite you to awaken with the blossoming energy of spring, embracing the magic of fairies, flowers and the ‘maiden’ in this perfect balance of night and day.

Ostara invites us to shake off the stillness of winter and step into the light of spring’s promise. Together, we will call forth the energies of transformation and growth and set our personal paths in motion.

Through guided sound bath, meditation, and ritual, we’ll attune our sprits to passion and aliveness. Leave adorned with tokens of spring and a deepened sense of connection to self, sisterhood, and the enchanted dance of the seasons.

Woman, Wheel, and the Waning Moon is part of a series of soul-nourishing events, guiding you through the magic of the year’s turning points.

WHAT THE EVENT WILL INVOLVE:

- A space to connect with yourself and other women through sound, ceremony and community
- Sound bath & guided meditation (60+ minutes)
- Oracle cards
- Ostara magic, rituals & intention setting, journaling, talisman making
- Cacao ceremony
- Sharing Circle

WHAT TO BRING: (Mats and blankets provided)
- 1x pillow
- Eye mask
- Journal /pen
- Water bottle
- Wear warm comfy clothes
- Open heart & mind

***You will be lying down for 60+ minutes during the sound bath - the comfier setup the better (you won't regret it)***

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early allowing time for parking an to settle in before the event start time.
No previous experience with sound healing is needed.
