What Your Re-Awakening Journey Includes:

Arrival Meditation & Breathwork: Settle into the space and presence with a gentle meditation, guiding you into intentional breathwork to expand your awareness and prepare for deeper practice.
Energetic Yin & Yang Yoga Flow: Experience a beautifully balanced yoga practice. We'll move through an energetic flow to awaken your body and mind, seamlessly transitioning into nourishing Yin stretches to release tension and create space.
Deeply Restorative Yoga Nidra: The highlight of our last gathering, this guided relaxation will lead you into profound rest, allowing your nervous system to reset and deep healing to occur.
Take-Home Reflection eJournal: A specially curated digital journal to support your continued introspection and integration of the immersions's insights into your daily life.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to these practices, Liana provides clear guidance and modifications, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, supported, and able to participate fully. Optional Community Lunch: Extend the warmth and connection! We're planning an optional community lunch at a local dietary-friendly venue immediately following the immersion. This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow participants over delicious food.
