What is Qigong?
Qigong literally means “energy cultivation.” It is an ancient Taoist practice of mindful movement designed to enhance health, vitality, and overall wellbeing. Rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine, Lao Tzu’s Taoism, the wisdom of the I-Ching, and close observation of the natural world, Taoist Medical Qigong has been passed down for centuries as a system for living in harmony.
The White Tiger Qigong Academy carries this tradition forward while integrating insights from modern sport and exercise science, creating a practice that is both timeless and highly relevant for today.
