Mishana Yoga's Mary DiMeglio and handpan artist Sean Youngman have been sharing sound journeys together for 6 years. Come experience their magical collaboration -- returning to Kismet's beautiful space in Chestnut Hill!

6pm: Sound Journey & Gentle Yoga

Find inner peace as we calm the mind and body with sacred sounds. Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. This cellular massage invites you to drop into deep relaxation through tones, timbres, drones, and rhythms from live handpans, gongs, chimes, flutes, singing bowls, drums and more. It is an easy way to get out of your head and nourish your soul. Come discover a state of sweet surrender.

We will begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga shapes and guided breath and body scan relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations.
