Spring Forest Sound Healing & TCM Massage - Sun 10 Nov
Event description
Spring Forest: Sound Healing and TCM Self-Massage
Join us for a transformative evening of sound healing and self-care practices, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the rejuvenating energies of Spring and the Wood element, which embodies growth, renewal, and vitality.
What to Expect:
Sound Healing:
Allow the soothing vibrations of the gong, Native American flute, handpan, Indonesian mouth harp, shamanic medicine drum and chime to wash over you. These sacred instruments will create a harmonious soundscape designed to promote deep relaxation, inner peace, and emotional release.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Self-Massage:
Learn and practice gentle self-massage techniques that focus on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians (Wood elements). These methods will help detoxify the body, relieve stress and enhance the flow of Qi, promoting overall well-being.
Qigong & Kundalini Yoga Movements:
Experience qigong and kundalini yoga warmup movements that will awaken your body’s energy centers. These practices will help you connect with your inner self and cultivate a sense of balance and harmony as we honor the vibrant energy of Spring.
Theme:
As we delve into the essence of Spring Forest, we’ll explore how to harness the Wood element to foster creativity, growth, and new beginnings in our lives.
