Description

Spring is a time of renewal, new life and emergence. Perhaps you can feel the forward momentum of this season around you, or see new life blooming in the plants and animals around you. Maybe you feel more curious, playful or ready to explore new possibilities? Or perhaps the intensity of this season feels like a bit too much, with feelings of overwhelm arising. Whatever your experience of Spring, there is a place for you in this circle.

I'm Claire, founder of Conscious Movement, and I'll be holding and guiding you through this Spring Women's Circle. My work brings together life coaching, menstrual cycle awareness, mindful movement and nature connection, with a focus on helping women reconnect with their own inner wisdom and navigate life's seasons with greater self-trust and confidence.

What to expect

Held on the banks of beautiful Lake Leschenaultia, I invite you to join me as we gather for a Spring Women's Circle to honour and celebrate the powers and gifts of Spring.

We'll explore what this season has to teach us about our inner world, through the lens of the menstrual cycle, the seasons of life and our connection with nature.

Gathering beside the lake, we'll begin with a grounding meditation and sharing circle to explore the qualities of Inner Spring: playfulness, creativity, motivation, focus, desire and possibility.

We'll also make space for the more tender side of Spring. When something new is emerging, it can feel exciting and vulnerable at the same time. How can we work with this energy without rushing, forcing or taking on more than we have capacity for?

From there, we'll step into the landscape through a guided nature walk, playful nature-connection activities and an optional paddle on the lake for those who are feeling adventurous! Everything is optional, so for those of us who prefer to keep our feet on the land, there will be a special opportunity for a land-based water ritual and reflection.

Finally, we'll gather to celebrate this beautiful season of Spring, also known as the season of conception and birth, with a unique outdoor fine dining experience led by Em Flack, Co-Owner and Co-Creator of The FLACKYARD restaurant at Lake Leschenaultia.

You'll have a choice of two refreshing botanical non-alcoholic cocktails and share in a restaurant-quality grazing lunch featuring over 20 native Australian ingredients, whilst hearing about the unique bush foods and flavours that have inspired the menu.

Along the way, you'll have an opportunity to pause, reflect and consider:

  • What is beginning to come alive in me?

  • What part of myself am I curious to explore?

  • What would I love to nurture or give more space to?

This event is for you if:

  • You are curious about exploring the energy and wisdom of Inner Spring

  • You are looking to understand your menstrual cycle on a deeper level and embrace your cyclical nature

  • You are craving connection with nature and like-minded women

  • You are up for some adventure or reflective time in nature

  • You are feeling the need to give space to or nourish a part of yourself that is ready to grow

  • You like supporting First Nations businesses and learning about native foods
