Introduce your child to the world of yoga and meditation these spring school holidays!

🤝 Partner Work: Learn fun movements alongside your child to build confidence and connection
🎶 Games & Storytelling: Engaging songs, creative movement, and imaginative stories to inspire expression
🌈 Mind-Body Awareness: Guided visualisations and meditation to nurture inner calm and stimulate imagination

This playful and supportive session will help children develop strength, flexibility, focus, and self-confidence—while having fun in a safe, welcoming environment.
