  By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

  • A parent or guardian must remain with their child at all times. Sprout & Explore provides play experiences, not childcare.
  • Please advise us of any allergies, medical needs or important information before attending.
  • Children must be supervised throughout the session.
  • Sensory play may include messy materials, water and natural elements — please dress appropriately.
  • Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or non-attendance, refunds are available 7 days before the event day.
  • Please do not attend if your child is unwell.
  • Sprout & Explore is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, or injury caused by a child’s own actions or lack of supervision.
  • Photos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you do not consent.

  Important Information

  • Tickets are required for all children participating in activities.

  • Newborns and infants who are being held, worn in a baby carrier or remaining in their pram, and are not participating in activities, do not require a ticket.

  • Sibling attendance: Siblings are welcome to attend a session outside of their usual age group if it works best for your family. Please keep in mind that the activities will be age-appropriate for the session you book, so they may be more suited to the intended age range.

  • A parent or guardian must remain with their child for the entire session.

  • Places are limited to ensure a relaxed, enjoyable experience for every family.
