Standard Mental Health First Aid is a two day accredited course for adults supporting people with mental health struggles. It supports you to understand common mental illnesses, increase your confidence having conversations about mental health and understanding referral processes and risks.
For accreditation you will need to attend all three sessions

We recommend this course for anyone working in the health or community sector as well as administration staff, volunteers, coaches, committee members, hospitality workers, beauty industry workers, and as well as others interested.

This course is offered free with the support of PHN and Two Two One Mental Health Charity as a part of the Mental Health Night School program. Mental Health Night school is sessions of mental health eduaction for the community and free to access.
