Lara’s own journey with autoimmune and hormonal imbalances led her back to school in Boulder, Colorado, where she studied women’s health through a holistic lens, including nutrition, herbal medicine, and nervous system health. Since then, she has worked in clinics, private practice, and alongside a physician—all with the purpose of helping women feel at home in their bodies, connected to themselves, and empowered to live a life that feels whole and on purpose.
